We work with our clients to conduct a full assessment of current development operations to help their organizations maximize their fundraising potential. Reviews are made of current staffing, donor record keeping and technology systems, volunteer structure, and full development programming. 

Through internal assessments, interviews with key stakeholders and benchmarking with other organizations we then provide our clients with a short and long range plan to build and strengthen their development programs.
